Φ20-Φ630系列PVC管材挤出机生产线主要用于制造各种直径和壁厚的塑料PVC管材，应用于农业、建筑管道等行业,cable laying etc. 该生产线由锥形双螺杆挤出机组成, Vacuum calibration tank,haul off,motors,cutter and stacker etc. The extruder and haul off methods are two-claw,three-claw four-claw,six-claw,eight-claw,ten-claw,twelve claw etc. 可选择锯条切割式或行星切割式. 另外配有长度计数器和强化装置. 该生产线性能可靠，生产效率高. 我公司还可以制造特种管材生产线，如.g. 螺旋消声管和芯泡管可根据您的要求定制.

PVC double-pipe production line
生产线是我公司引进西欧先进技术研制而成. 主机为锥形双螺杆挤出机，配有双管单控不锈钢喷涂校准,避免了调节一管而影响另一管的浪费现象. 自动单控双拉丝机、双切割机配合前置双校准技术，使操作更加灵活，让您享受分控双管挤出带来的经济效益.

PVC four cavity production line 
Four cavity PVC electrical tube,供水管道挤出线可在一台机器上同时挤出四根管道.该生产线可节省建厂和生产的投资成本,哪一种能大大提高产能，缩短生产时间.锥形双螺杆挤出机可轻松达到5.5-6.5吨/天，生产速度以16mm为例可获得8-10m/min以上.整条生产线由锥形双螺杆65mm挤出机组成,4 cavity mould,4 cavity coling calibration tank,4 station haul off,4 station cutter and 4 station tipping table.
该生产线主要用于生产PVC、PP、PE、PVC、PA、EVA等材料. 完整的生产线包括:装载机，单螺杆挤出机，模具，瓦楞成型机，卷取机. 对于PVC粉料，CQ9游戏建议采用圆锥双螺杆挤出机进行生产.
